A developer-led scheme for three replacement dwellings, replacing a single larger property within a generous residential plot. The intention was to maximise the development value of the site whilst responding carefully to the character of the surrounding area and landscape setting.

The development comprises three contemporary homes arranged to create a strong sense of place, balancing privacy, daylight and outlook. The architecture draws on a restrained palette of natural materials and simple forms, creating dwellings that feel both modern and rooted in their context.

The project demonstrates how thoughtful site planning and carefully considered design can increase housing provision, maximise value for the client, and create a high-quality living environment with a strong relationship to the surrounding landscape.
